MARKETING FRESHER/JUNIOR (SOCIAL MEDIA & EMPLOYEE BRANDING)
The role
The Marketing FRESHER/JUNIOR (Social Media & Employer Branding) will support the Marketing and HR teams in creating engaging content and strengthening the brand presence of HeySheep. This role focuses on social media content, communications (IC), and employer branding (EB), helping showcase the company’s products, culture, and activities while gaining hands-on marketing experience.
What you'll do
- 1. Social Media & Content
- Support in brainstorming, planning, and creating content for HeySheep and other brands/projects across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Contribute to both B2B and corporate content related to:
- IT services, products, and technology
- Other business services and solutions
- Company culture and internal activities
- Industry trends, insights, and business-related topics
- Create and adapt content for different brands, industries, and target audiences, including clients, partners, employees, and potential candidates.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to collect information and turn business topics into engaging content for different brands and projects.
- Support the development of content calendars and social media campaigns.
- 2. Internal Communication (IC) & Employee Activities
- Support the HR team in planning and implementing internal communication and employee engagement activities.
- Develop content and communication materials for:
- Company events and celebrations
- Team-building and bonding activities
- Employee recognition initiatives
- Internal campaigns and engagement programs
- Support the execution of internal activities, from idea development and communication to on-site coordination.
- Help create engaging communication materials that strengthen employee connection and company culture.
- 3. Employer Branding (EB)
- Work with the HR team to create recruitment-related content for social media and job platforms.
- Contribute to building the brands image.
- Support communication activities related to recruitment campaigns, onboarding, employee activities, and company culture.
- Capture and transform internal activities into content for employer branding purposes.
- 4. Visual Content & AI
- Create and adapt visual materials for social media, internal communication, events, posters, and marketing campaigns.
- Design simple and engaging visuals using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Use AI tools to generate and develop visual/content ideas, including AI-generated images, creative concepts, copywriting, research, and productivity support.
- Explore new AI tools and creative approaches to improve the efficiency and quality of marketing content.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and brand communication across different channels.
What you bring
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. 6 months–1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or internal communications. Internship, freelance, personal projects, or extracurricular activities are acceptable. Strong interest in content creation, B2B marketing, social media, internal communications, and employer branding. Basic ability to create visual content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, image generation, research, and productivity. Good English communication and writing skills. Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas and business topics into engaging content. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership. Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Hands-on and willing to participate in both creative and event-related activities, not limited to desk-based content work.
