How is HeyShop priced?
One fixed fee, agreed upfront for your shop. We take no percentage of your sales, and there are no app or module fees. Your payment provider's card fees still apply, as they do on every platform. Talk to us for a quote.
How is HeyShop different from Shopify?
Shopify rents you a standard store: a monthly plan, an extra fee on each order when you use your own payment provider, and a monthly bill for most apps. HeyShop is shaped around your business for one fixed fee, with no cut of your sales.
How is HeyShop different from WooCommerce or Magento 2?
Those platforms are free to download, but a real shop needs development, hosting, security updates, paid extensions and a developer on call. HeyShop puts all of that under one fixed fee, built and supported by our own engineers.
Can you move my existing store to HeyShop?
Yes. We move your products, customers and order history, and keep or redirect your URLs so your search rankings carry over.
Can HeyShop issue InvoiceNow e-invoices?
Yes, through HeyInvoice. Orders become e-invoices sent over InvoiceNow through SESAMi, an IMDA-accredited Access Point, and invoice data reaches IRAS once GST InvoiceNow submission is switched on.
