What is a white-label InvoiceNow solution?
A white-label InvoiceNow solution lets a software vendor, reseller or service provider offer InvoiceNow (Peppol) e-invoicing under its own brand, without building and running the network connection itself. HeyInvoice for partners provides a dedicated, branded instance with a Tenant Portal to manage your customers.
Do we need our own Peppol Access Point?
No. Your instance sends and receives over InvoiceNow through SESAMi, an IMDA-accredited Access Point, via HeySheep's connection. HeyInvoice's own IMDA InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider (IRSP) accreditation is in progress.
Can we set our own prices?
Yes. In the Tenant Portal you set the plans and fees for the organisations you onboard, and issue their billing statements.
Does a white-label instance handle the GST InvoiceNow requirement?
Yes. Your customers can switch on GST InvoiceNow submission so invoice data reaches IRAS through the Access Point, including supplier invoices they record, with IRAS acknowledgements tracked on each document.
Can we embed HeyInvoice inside our own software?
Yes. The public API and webhooks cover invoices, credit notes and purchase orders, so your software can create, send and track e-invoices while your customers stay in your product.
