FAQ
Questions, answered.
What is a forward deployed engineer?
A senior engineer who works inside your team — on-site or in your daily channels — to understand the problem directly and deliver a working solution, rather than handing over a specification.
How is this different from outsourcing?
Outsourcing delivers to a spec. Forward deployed engineers discover the spec with you, build alongside your people and own the outcome until it's live.
How do you use AI in delivery?
Our engineers use AI for code generation, test writing, documentation and research, with human review on every change. It shortens delivery without lowering the bar.
How long does a forward deployed engagement last?
Each engagement is scoped to one measurable outcome — usually a few weeks to a few months — and either rolls into the next outcome or hands over to your team.
Where do forward deployed engineers work?
On-site at your office in Singapore, remotely inside your team's channels, or a mix of both — backed by our engineering team in Da Nang, Vietnam.
